Kimberly A. Steele, Esq. has won the Independence Party delegate for the Fifth Judicial Convention for the 120th. In a statement Ms. Steele released shortly after the polls closed, “I would like to first congratulate everyone who put their name forth on a ballot, it takes courage and regardless of the outcome all of you are winners. To those who voted today, what a great liberty to exercise, appreciate that! To Ms. DelConte, congratulations. I, like your amazing parents and family, am so proud of you and all of your accomplishments. To those who voted for me, thank you. I am truly honored and blessed and so proud to be your delegate.”
Co-runner Danielle DelConte won the second seat available for the 120th.
Both Ms. Steele and Ms. DelConte will represent the Independence Party members for the 120th at the Convention to be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 in Syracuse, New York.
